How to Process Your Return:

Contact Customer Service:
If you are not satisfied with the received products, please contact our customer service first. Send an email to info@secretwear.de and provide your personal details, order number, and the respective product numbers. We will confirm your return promptly via email. -
Initiate the Return:
Send the items back for a refund. Our customer service will process the refund for you once we receive the returned items. Please note that an exchange requires placing a new order. -
Packaging:
Place the unworn items along with the delivery note and/or invoice in the original packaging. -
Shipping:
Send the package to the address provided via email. Attach the printed shipping label clearly to the package and remove any old labels or barcodes. Be sure to note the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Important Information About Returns:
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please include the delivery note with your return. We only accept returns for new, unworn, and original-packaged items.
- If your order has any defects or items are missing, please report this in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the purchase price.
Refund and Processing:
Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Allow approximately 5 business days for shipping and an additional 5-7 business days for processing after the package arrives at our processing center. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
Important: We strongly recommend insuring your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our label.
Withdrawal Period:
Returns sent after the 14-day withdrawal period cannot be refunded.
