Return Policy
After receiving your order, you can return the goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier took possession of the last goods.
To register a return, please simply contact our customer service via our contact form.
We need the following information from you:
- first and last name and address
- order number
- article number
We will confirm the return immediately by email. Please enclose the delivery note with the return shipment. We only accept returns for new, unworn and originally packaged goods. If your order is defective or products are missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund of the purchase price.
Once we have received your return, a refund will be processed using the payment method you used. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing time: Please allow 5 business days for the package to be shipped and an additional 5-7 business days for processing once it is received at our processing center. We will send you an email once we have processed your return.
Important note: We strongly recommend insuring your package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent with our label. We cannot refund orders sent after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. How to complete your return or exchange:
- Contact customer service: If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact our customer service first and send an email to info @secretwear .de .
- Initiate a return: Send the items back for a refund. Our customer service will initiate the refund for you once the returned items are received. Exchanges require a new order.
- Packaging: Place your items (in unworn condition) as well as the delivery note and/or invoice in the original packaging.
- Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by email. Attach your printed shipping label clearly to the package and remove any other shipping labels or barcodes. Make a note of the tracking number so you can track the package.
Refund in case of loss of value: You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to unnecessary handling to check the quality, properties or functioning of the goods.
Excluded from return:
Products on sale and gift vouchers.
