Are the items shown available in the online shop?

As a rule, all items shown in the online store are available. However, it may happen that certain colors or sizes are temporarily unavailable. Availability is shown when you select a color and size on the item page. If an item is no longer in stock after you have ordered it, we will inform you immediately by email.

How do I find the right size?

You can usually find the individual size chart in the item description. If you need help finding the right size, please write to us using our contact form.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value. You can shop as you wish at any time, regardless of the order value.

How much are the shipping costs?

Your order will be shipped free of charge.

Will I receive information about the status of my order?

Once we receive your order, your package will be prepared for shipping. You will receive emails from us giving you an update on your order. For more information, please contact our support team or the carrier using the tracking number provided.

Can I make changes after completing the order?

Unfortunately, once we have received your order, we are unable to make any changes. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt and the goods will be dispatched.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number by email.

How will my order be shipped?

Each order comes in elegant black packaging, ready to create magical moments when opened.

How long is the delivery time?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Delivery will take place within 7 to 12 4 working days. In certain situations, delivery times may be extended by 1-3 working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. In the event of significant delays, you will be notified by email.

How can I return an item?

You have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify us of your return and send it back to us without giving any reason. The items must be returned in their original packaging with label and any accessories in perfect condition. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or dyed. If a free item or other product was offered or sent with your order, these must be returned together with the order, otherwise the refund request cannot be processed.

Please put the sticker included in your order in your return package so that your order can be identified. Otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to issue the refund. Also put the delivery note in the package and note your order number on it so that your package can be identified in our warehouse.

We would like to remind you that return shipping is subject to a charge.

When and how will the refund be made?

Once we receive your package, the items will be inspected and the refund will be processed using the payment method you used. This can take up to 10 business days. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you by email.

What can I do if the item is faulty?

Our sale products and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.
